Conference Room #1 (Council Room)
22’ X 18’ fixed set-up conference room where the Town Council sits.
– 14 person 15’ X 5’ round table configuration(10 seats for observers)
– Fully equipped for Tele or Video Conferences with:
– Tandberg Video Conference Unit( Single Point)
– 42” LCD TV

Power Point presentations possible with
-Hitachi 3LCD Projector and 12’ screen

Translation equipment available if needed.

Conference Room #2 (Green Room)
24’ X 56’ (1344sq’) Open set-up room.
Can be used in any type of set-up by the user.
Basic set-ups and approximate maximums;
– As a Roundtable type set-up there is max of approximately 36 people.
– As a Classroom type set-up there a max of approx. 60 people.

Tables and chairs are provided.

View Sonic Projector and 10’ screen.

**At an extra charge, sound and translation equipment can also be provided**
